“My family has worked with DJ Johnny for countless events including my brother’s and sister’s weddings (and all the events that went along like showers etc). Because of having such a positive experience for those events, I actually booked the halls and planned my engagement party, henna party, and wedding based on DJ Johnny’s availability. I’m usually very picky with the music I like at events and I gave Johnny my full trust. He was professional, organized, and patient from the very beginning. He met with me and took his time making not of all of my song requests (and songs not to play), timelines and style of music. His attention to detail put me at ease. He made sure he knew exactly what was going on and clarified any uncertainties with me-leaving nothing up to chance. Not only was he very helpful initially, but he was always quick to respond to emails and messages with any changes leading up to the wedding. I also appreciated how he did his best to accommodate whatever I wanted but also voiced his opinion when he knew it might not be the best option. It is clear he knows from experience what works and what doesn’t. Most importantly, all the hard work was evident at every event. Everything was exactly how I wanted, the music was clear, volume was good, it flowed well, and any last minute changes during the events were accommodated so well. Also, at my events, we had a mix of different types of music we wanted. We wanted English, Palestinian (old folklore and new), Iraqi, and a blend of arabic dance music. Our experience was great. We had a tent wedding and this was a fantastic way to add a “wow factor” to the room without trying to hang decorations, materials, lights, ect. from the (very high) roof. The company representatives were easy to communicate with, they set up flawlessly on time and gave us exactly what we wanted. We got to customize our own “gobo” and it was a real eye catcher at our reception! The only thing I didn’t realize was how large the projectors/projector stands would be. We had a large enough space that it didn’t matter, but if you have a smaller venue you will want to raise this point. Over all looked beautiful and the guys setting up were fun and easy going!
