Two things stood out above the rest: his excellent taste in music and how he conducts his stellar customer service with the utmost professionalism. Seriously. Our first meeting, he sat us down, walked us through who he is and what he does, explained each aspect of his service offerings and what benefits those offerings bring to the table, even showing us pictures (lighting, dry ice) to help us see what the set-up will look like. From there, we completed a well thought out questionnaire to flesh out what music we wanted playing when. This questionnaire helped us nail down other parts of the wedding reception that we hadn’t considered already! Then there was the wedding reception itself! Oh man, I wish you were there. DJ Johnny came over to the head table to check in with us and congratulate us. The music throughout the evening was terrific! He did a great job getting people involved and the pacing of the music was great. The dance floor was never empty! The DJ booth and the effect lighting around the room looked great. You know you’ve hired a professional when things look so good you don’t notice them. Like when you’re at a restaurant and you know youve had a whole pot of coffee but your cup was never empty and you never witnessed the server topping it up.
